Location:  Rockland Community College, Cultural Arts Theater, Suffern, NY

*If your child is in more than one class or if you have more than one child in the shows, please be prepared to participate in more than one showtime and show day & both days of dress rehearsal.
Your child's specific rehearsal schedule and recital showtimes will be sent home in March

TOTS DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE RECITAL, WE HAVE A SPECIAL IN HOUSE CLASS DEMONSTRATION IN JUNE

Please arrive 20 minutes hour before the show starts, in full costume with hair and make-up done. 
​ALL STUDENTS WILL BE CHECKED IN AT THE SECURITY DESK LOCATED THROUGH THE GLASS DOORS AT THE BACK OF THE LOWER LOBBY ATRIUM  by the balloons . 
. At that time, you will need to sign your child in. Your child will be escorted back-stage, where they will wait their turn to dance. There will be sitters, who will stay with your child while back-stage.
  • Under no circumstances will your child be allowed to be taken from our care until the show is over.
  • No one is permitted backstage after you drop off your child or during intermission. In case of an emergency Miss Annie has a seating chart and knows where you are sitting. She will also be compiling a list of cell phone numbers that you would like her to use on that day in case we need you to come backstage.
  • Once children are signed in, they CANNOT be signed out – they will ONLY be released to you at the end of the show from the ATRIUM DOOR.  TO EXPEDITE THE DISMISSAL PROCESS, PLEASE HAVE ONLY THE WRISTBANDED PARENT COME TO THE ATRIUM DOOR.  Please do not attempt to get into these secure areas – it is for the safety of all of our students and staff - we appreciate your cooperation.
  • No photographs or videos will be permitted during the show.
Ticket sales will begin May 3 at 8:00am and run thru June 6 at midnight.

NO CLASS PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN ONLY INDIVIDUALS WITH APPOINTMENTS
